Today was all about getting the fretboard inlay in. I firstly started off creating some saw dust from the end of my fretboard so that I can mix it in with the epoxy to get a similar colour when its filled in.
Once the epoxy was ready, I placed the bunny in and clamped it to sit dry for a few hours. Meanwhile, I moved on to sanding down my sides. It was time to start getting the fine sanding process going but as the sides copped a lot of work from the orbital sander and bending, I had a lot of marks to sand out. So that pretty much ate up the day.
What an exciting blog post haha. But really, this guitar making process is a lot of patience. Many hours go into doing the same repetitive action until the sun retreats into hiding.
