Vocals, Roast Pork & Friands

After being smashed by 4 days of recording, the worst had yet to come. I had 4 exams the very next day and I was utterly stressed. All I had managed to study was in between recording breaks, or even at desperate moments, read as I recorded.

Anyway, I really didn’t think I’d make it through and considered deferring an exam but I did, and slaughtered them. Mind you, my brain and body was absolutely exhausted when it came up to all day vocals recording on Friday.

In the morning, I enjoyed breakfast at a cute cafe in New Farm called Pablo and took away a raspberry coconut friand with fresh cream to enjoy with Yanto later on. I also bought him a coffee which ended up spilling all over my dress and car, I’m probably not a coordinated morning person.

After lunch, we cut, played around with mixes and added a few vocal embellishments like back up. Two main vocals and harmonies still to do!
